We strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation, return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders can be cancelled by contacting our customer support through WhatsApp (+91 8124634471) or by emailing vasanthamayilmtr@gmail.com.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
A 2% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for cancelled orders.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to incorrect information, manufacturing delays, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
If a product is out of stock, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Important Notice Refunds are processed within 7 working days. A 2% processing fee applies to cancelled orders.

Returns will not be accepted for minor colour differences or slight variations in fabric feel.
If you receive a wrong or damaged saree, kindly email us at vasanthamayilmtr@gmail.com along with an uncut parcel opening video.
Eligible damaged or wrongly delivered products can be exchanged with another product.
Courier charges for verified damaged or incorrect products will be borne by us.
